The Bi-metal Heatbreak is made from two different alloys.
Titanium alloy is used on the heater side to reduce thermal conductivity, while copper alloy is used on the heatsink side to increase thermal conductivity and dissipate heat faster.
This design provides excellent thermal insulation between the heater and the heatsink, greatly reducing the chance of heatbreak blockage.
Supplied with a sample of thermal paste to be applied on the copper part before mounting in the heatsink.
